The Mind, Body and Spirit classes will include a wide variety of opportunity for participants including:
- Physical coordination, mobility, and balance,
- stress management through breath and relaxation poses,
- strength exercises,
- and mind fitness to help improve concentration and focus.
No matter what your fitness level is or if you are looking for something new, participating in the Mind, Body and Spirit classes are a great way to have fun, improve your fitness and empower your health.
