8 Week Mindfulness Course at Soulwork Studio with Kathy McGirr

Tuesday 7:45pm-8:45pm from April 14th – June 2nd

* Receive your own personal gratitude journal to complete during and after the course is done with the 8 week package.

*Why pay more for a drop in? You get more for less by purchasing the 8 week package.

*Each week builds on each other so if you need to miss a class it is easy to get reacquainted with the material missed.

*Although each session will have about 5-10 minutes of some form of breath and movement activity, this is not a yoga class.

Why limit happiness to an hour when you can take it with you wherever you go!

You can learn how to do this through mindfulness.

Mind, Body & Spirit Experience at Soulwork Yoga Studio

Tuesdays 9:30-10:30 am with Kathy McGirr

The Mind, Body and Spirit classes will include a wide variety of opportunity for participants including:

  • Physical coordination, mobility, and balance,
  • stress management through breath and relaxation poses,  
  • strength exercises,
  • and mind fitness to help improve concentration and focus.

No matter what your fitness level is or if you are looking for something new, participating in the Mind, Body and Spirit classes are a great way to have fun, improve your fitness and empower your health.
