Reflexology & Access Bars
Jayne’s professional journey into health and healing began in 2009 when she studied Paediatric Nursing at Cambridge University in England. Through the knowledge she gained, Jayne was able to care for various members of her family and soon came to realize there was another avenue, different from the mainstream medical one she had initially chosen. After living in numerous countries around the world, Jayne found a home in B.C., Canada. Where she immersed herself in a community of Energy Workers and Holistic Healers. Through experiencing the many sessions delivered by caring practitioners, Jayne was affected so profoundly that she vowed if ever given the opportunity she would learn how to gift this herself.
In 2018, Jayne became a Registered & Certified Reflexology Therapist with the Reflexology Association of Canada and also an Access Bars facilitator. Through doing this rewarding work, Jayne has met many wonderful people and feels honoured to be witness to their growth and healing journeys.

Human & Animal Iridologist
Shelley is a lifelong learner and educator. Her knowledge has evolved from schooling, coaching, and a personal journey with adrenal fatigue, Candida and sugar addiction. Her son’s health challenges led Shelley to study Iridology. “Discovering the root cause and learning how to strengthen our body as well as our mind and soul, eliminated our issues. As an educator, it is my passion to share this information and help others discover important pieces to their health puzzle.”
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier, her Teaching Degree in Health/Physical Education and Math from the University of Western Ontario and her Masters of Education from York University, Shelley taught students from JK to Grade 12 for 32 years. For 10 years, Shelley has also been educating families about nutrition and how it affects learning, behaviour, and general health. Shelley became a Certified Iridologist for people in 2012 and for dogs and cats in 2013. An analysis of the iris helps determine weaknesses and strengths in the body. This can be useful for prevention or on-going health issues.
When Shelley is not working with clients at Soulworks or at her home office, she can be found volunteering at the Elora Curling Club, Cats Anonymous, Fergus Women’s Fitness Co-op, JD Hogarth School, raising funds for National Service Dogs, or running a free walking/exercise group in Bissell Park.
